Below are frequently asked questions, you may find the answer for yourself

 

You may request returns for most items you buy from sellers listed on mitraghar.com   except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page .

Items are returnable if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on Mitraghar.com

You can cancel items or orders by visiting the Your Orders section in Your Account.You can also cancel your items by sending emails as well as over phone or messages.

Note: Your order will be cancelled instantly and a refund will be processed to your original payment method, if the payment was already made. Learn more about refund processing timelines.

If your order has already been dispatched: Select the Request cancellation option and the item(s) will be returned to us for a refund (if the payment is already made). In case you’re still contacted for delivery, please refuse to accept it.

If your order is shipped directly by the Seller and not by Amazon: Please contact the seller to request cancellation.

If your order is already delivered: You may consider returning it. For more information, please check our Returns FAQs.

Following are the return guidelines:

  1. Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
  2. If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.
  3. Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with, be issued a refund to your original payment method.

For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed  to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT))

If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or is different from their description on the product detail page , or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller.

With in 5 to 6  working days from the date of order cancellation or receipt of returned material  if payment is made in advance through any kind of mode of payment.

Consumable products (like software, personal care, and innerwear) will have a no return policy and Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.

We currently offer Used products in books, mobiles, tablets and laptops .

These are products that may have been in possession of other customers prior to being put up for sale on Mitraghar E-store . These include products that are Open Box, Refurbished, as well as products with some signs of usage. Used products are further classified into various Offer Conditions based on their physical appearance, functionality, age, etc.
