Mitraghar; Shipping Policy & Fee Structure
Customers ;
- Shipping is free to customers with in India at serviceable and selected pin codes as mentioned / intimated by shipping company to us on time to time basis irrespective of order value.
- Shipping charges will be extra and actual for non services pin codes( As intimated by our shipping partners to us ) of india and out side india .We will intimate to the customers through possible media channel ( Email and messages) about charges on case to case basis.
Resellers/ Sellers
- Shipping charges will be extra and actual on resellers account as charged by shipping partners to us or as per agreement.
- We will charge and deduct the shipping charges at the time of settlement of invoices raised by resellers/sellers.
- For all orders, shipping fees will be calculated based on details of the courier package entered by sellers.
- Sellers will have to compulsorily intimated / mentioned the length, breadth, height (in cm) and weight (in kg) on the courier package as )well as through email.
- Resellers/ sellers will not be able to process any order if length, breadth, height and weight of the package is not mentioned and intimated.
- Shipping fee will be charged based on the volumetric weight ( = L x B x H / 5000) .
- Resellers/ sellers will be able to charge shipping fees for case to case basis as per mutually agreed terms and conditions to the customer .
Fee Structure
From April 01,2021 Mitraghar will charge to resellers/sellers the following fees:
- Commission fees
- Shipping fees
- Collection fees (to cover for payment gateway or cash collection charges)
- Fixed fees (for successful orders only, not for returns)
- Cancellation fees (for orders cancelled by sellers as per mutually agreed terms and conditions ).
- TAXES; Taxes are actual and extra , will be applicable on all seller fees and charges.
- Pick & Pack Fees – Actual and extra for non-fragile products and on fragile products ,if any.
- Recall / Goods return Fees – Actual and extra fee will be charged for sending product back to seller from the customer
